UAE Builds Field Hospital for Sudanese Brothers in Chad with the support of the President “His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan”.
The UAE started the construction of a field hospital in the Chadian city of “Am-Djarass” to support our Sudanese brothers.
In this concern, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that construction of field hospital started with contributions from the following:
–Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation.
–The UAE Red Crescent.
-Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation for Humanitarian Works.
In fact, the construction of the field hospital comes within the framework of the UAE support for Sudan in below fields:
-The humanitarian Aid.
-Relief.
-Medical support.
Confirming that the UAE supports the friendly Republic of Chad is in the context of responding to the relief of the humanitarian situation of Sudanese refugees.
Also, this shows how the UAE is thankful to the Republic of Chad.
Due to the fact that Chad welcomed and supported a large number of Sudanese refugees since April 2023.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed the UAE’s commitment towards the Sudanese brothers.
As always The UAE has a continuous humanitarian approach to provide protection for civilians.
The UAE provides protection for the most vulnerable groups such as patients, children, the elderly, and women.
In addition, the UAE is actively working to alleviate the humanitarian crisis in Sudan by providing financial, relief, and medical assistance.
Since the beginning of the conflict, Numerous humanitarian aid shipments have been sent from the UAE to Sudan.
Moreover, the shipments included medicines, medical supplies, food, tents, and other relief materials.
Also, we should mention the UAE’s efforts to enhance security and political stability in Sudan.
As the UAE provided support for discussions, negotiation, and reconciliation among the various parties in the country.
Besides the UAE support for the international efforts to find peaceful and sustainable solutions for the humanitarian crises in Sudan.
