Dubai Safari Park and (HIPA) Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Intl Photography Award announced Results of Successful Photo Contest Series.
The General Secretariat of HIPA and Dubai Safari Park announced the results of a series of photography competitions.
Moreover, the results reflect the fruits of their partnership in an effort to open up new horizons for nature photographers.
And also they simulate the environment of the wild and provide direct contact with a variety of predators, pets and rare animals.
About competitions launched by HIPA and Dubai Safari Park.
The series of competitions included 3 categories:
The first one is the photographers’ portfolio competition, which received its entries on the award’s official website.
The second one is an Instagram platform competition for single images, which included 3 topics: “My favorite animal, birds only, animal movement”.
While the third competition specialized in short creative clips for the Instagram platform “Reels”.
Winners from Asian and Arab World in the photography competitions by HIPA and Dubai Safari Park.
In fact, the series was well-received and interacted with the photography communities, receiving thousands of entries.
The list of winners reflected a well-deserved Asian superiority.
Due to the fact that 4 photographers are from the Philippines.
Also 2 are from India and one photographer is from Pakistan have won.
Moreover, the Arab presence was represented by a Syrian duo with the lens of photographer Faten Saleh and photographer Ghaith Bayazid.
As well as the Jordanian photographer Mohammed Nayef Qasim.
While the prizes value reached 45,000 dirhams, distributed between cash prizes and shopping vouchers from the Al Futtaim Group.
Ali Khalifa bin Tharwat, Secretary-General of the Award, said:
“We are pleased with the qualitative results of the strategic partnership with Dubai Safari Park.
Because it succeeded in highlighting the wonders of nature, wildlife and various animals.
As well as the pleasure of catching the camera with breathtaking scenes that enhance the audience’s excitement to experience.”
Bin Tharwat added:
“The award continues to play its role in spreading the culture of photography.
And also enhancing the role of the arts in communicating with nature and wildlife.
In fact, the diversity of methods, opportunities and categories in the competition in front of the talents of the visual arts was a fun challenge.
Since it produced works that delighted the audience.
Also it raised the level of interest in these creatures and the environment in which they live.”

For his part, Ahmed Al Zarouni, Director of the Department of Public Parks and Recreational Facilities at Dubai Municipality, said:
“We appreciate the distinguished results achieved by the various photography competitions.
Since they confirm the successful partnership between the Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum International Photography Award and Dubai Safari Park.
Moreover, the two sides are keen to support nature and wildlife photographers.
Also, they are keen to provide them with full support to encourage them to continue to excel and creativity and achieve more successes.

As well as the wildlife in Dubai in a direct way, and this was through the lenses of the creative participants.
The participants’ lenses highlight the unique and attractive tourist destinations in Dubai.
