In its circular No. 8 of 2023, the Authority called on all ministries and federal entities.
To enable their employees to benefit from the flexibility that the “Back to School” policy provides them.
in order to facilitate for parents working in the federal government, with the beginning of the new academic year.

And also enable them to accompany their children to schools and nurseries at the beginning of their academic journey in implementation of the policy.
In light of human resources directives and legislation.
In addition to the approved procedures in the federal government in this regard.

By a way that does not affect the workflow and service delivery.
Also in accordance with the systems in place in each federal entity, and with the approval of the direct manager.

How can parents and guardians benefit from the policy?

The parents and guardians of federal government employees who have children in school have flexibility to pick up their children from and to school.
Whether through a morning late start or early departure, on the first day of school, for a maximum of 3 hours.
Either combined or divided into two morning or evening shifts.
