The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has achieved the highest workforce participation rate.
After measuring the percentage of working-age individuals who are either employed or actively seeking employment.

Workforce in the UAE reached 82%, among the G20 countries.

This accomplishment is attributed to the UAE’s flexible policies and continuously updated laws.
Ensuring alignment with evolving labor market dynamics.

Notably, the UAE also boasts the lowest rate of vulnerable employment (at 1%) compared to other G20 nations.
Additionally, its unemployment rate stands at 2%, even outperforming advanced economies like Japan.
