- It was developed through collaboration between various government entities, including:
The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization, the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship and Customs & Ports Security.
In addition to the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai, Dubai Health Authority, and the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai. - The project incorporates eight government services from five different departments.
- The Work Bundle will save an estimated 62 million working days annually.
- The project will eliminate 25 million government procedures annually.
- It is anticipated to reduce the number of visits by 12 million per year.
