iPhone Alarm Failed to Wake Up Some Apple Users
The problem has caused uproar on social media, with many Apple users complaining that the alarms did not wake them up for work or school.
While some are claiming that it happened days ago, according to the Daily Mail British website.
It was not clear how widespread the problem was.
But the tech giant acknowledged the imbalance, stressing that it was working to fix it.
TikTok activists shared videos revealing the suffering experienced by iPhone users because the alarm hasn’t worked.
After dozens of reports on social media, the news show Two Day Show on NBC has announced the problem.
How to Solve the Problem Of Apple iPhone ?
However, Apple understands that some iPhone devices do not play the expected sound, according to the Two Day Show.
Meanwhile, affected users can check settings to make sure the ringtone level slider and alerts are raised.
Moreover, iPhone users must verify the activation of the “Attention Aware” feature.
Because it might be the source of their problem.
Some iPhone users speculated that activating the feature was the cause of the problem they were experiencing.
But Apple did not confirm whether this was the solution.
While some users, who turned the feature off, confirmed that it had already solved the problem.
To check the activation of the “Attention Aware” feature in your iPhone, go to the “Settings” menu, then scroll down to “Face ID & Passcode.”
If the feature is turned on with the slider on the right, turn it off by moving the key to the left.
But if this is not the problem, check the audio settings under “sound and tactile sense”.
To make sure the volume is not set to a very low level.
Also check the sound settings for each alarm you set.
Some of your alarms can be accidentally set without a ringtone, and users see that nothing beats the old-fashioned alarm.
