Moreover, Dubai took the #1st ranking in the Arab world and the #3rd globally on 2024 Best Cities to Work In list.
This is according to 2024 Global Talent Report issued by TotalJobs and The Boston Consulting Group.
Prime Location for Work and Life
Dubai maintained its strong position from 2021, reflecting its growing appeal as a prime location for work and life.
Mentioning that the UAE capital, Abu Dhabi, secured the second spot regionally and fourth globally.
Both Dubai and Abu Dhabi surpassed major global cities in this ranking, such as:
New York, Berlin, Singapore, Barcelona, Tokyo, and Sydney.
London retained its title as the world’s most desirable city to work in for the tenth consecutive year.
Followed by Amsterdam in second place.
