United Arab Emirates Continues to Send Humanitarian Aid to Libya
As per the UAE President Directives, Search and rescue teams, rescue helicopters, vehicles, patrol boats, sonar devices and more sent by the UAE to Libya.

The United Arab Emirates continued to send humanitarian and relief aid.
As well as search and rescue teams to Libya for the fifth consecutive day.
In order to mitigate the effects of Hurricane Daniel through a continuous air bridge.

17 planes have been sent by the United Arab Emirates to Libya since the beginning of the disaster.Search and rescue teams, rescue helicopters, vehicles, patrol boats, sonar devices and more sent by the UAE to Libya.

As per the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, in order to support the Libyan people.

17 planes have been sent by the United Arab Emirates to Libya since the beginning of the disaster.

Since the launch of the air bridge on September 12, the United Arab Emirates has sent 17 planes.
Moreover, the UAE planes carried 450 tons of food, shelter, and medical supplies.

In addition to first aid supplies, and distributed them in the areas most affected by the disaster.
Especially eastern Libya including Derna city which was the most affected area by the floods.

Search and rescue teams, rescue helicopters, vehicles, patrol boats, sonar devices and more sent by the UAE to Libya.

The UAE efforts also included sending search and rescue teams equipped with modern machinery and equipment to support the difficult tasks.
Also, the total number of search and rescue personnel who began their tasks in the affected areas is 96 individuals.
Furthermore, they are equipped with 4 search and rescue helicopters.

As well as vehicles equipped for search and rescue tasks, and patrol boats to salvage bodies and search for survivors.
Also sonar devices for underwater search and thermal search.

Mentioning that a mobile power station and generators shipped from the UAE via the air bridge.
As well as a medical team equipped with equipment and ambulances.

The UAE support for afflicted countries is continuous in light of the current situation of climate change.
Also the UAE has invested in renewable energy projects to help the world in dealing with the future.
