Preparations are underway for “Union Fortress 10”.
The previous nine “Union Fortress” have rotated across different emirates since the first one held on Abu Dhabi Corniche in March 2017.
Union Fortress 10 will be held under the patronage of HH Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The event theme is “Pride and Loyalty, Pledge and Allegiance, Security and Prosperity”.
It involves the collaboration of 45 government, semi-government, and private entities working alongside the Ministry of Defense to ensure its success.
Coordinated Efforts
The show, scheduled for 4 PM on Friday, December 13th, at Al Ain International Airport, welcoming 26,000 spectators.
It will feature coordinated efforts from various armed forces, including:
- Ground forces
- Air force and air defense
- Presidential Guard
- Joint aviation, National Guard
- Abu Dhabi Police
The preparations reflect the commitment of armed forces and security agencies to demonstrate their readiness.
Besides highlighting the high level of professionalism of their personnel.
Celebrating the UAE’s Identity, Unity, and Progress
“Union Fortress” has solidified its position as a national event, showcasing the strength and cohesion of the nation’s institutions and the excellence of its armed forces.
Additionally, the Ministry of Defense is organizing a recreational village for children and families at the event venue.
Open from 10 AM to 10 PM, the village will offer various activities and games.
In addition to a space for visitors to learn about the armed forces’ role in safeguarding the nation.
