UAE’s pioneering Food Security and Sustainable Healthcare.

UAE’s pioneering Food Security & Sustainable healthcare approach was highlighted in the fourth summit of the EU-Africa-Middle East Partnership Council.

During his participation in the fourth summit of the EU-Africa-Middle East Partnership Council,
Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan highlighted the UAE’s pioneering food security & sustainable healthcare.

The EU-Africa-Middle East Partnership Council (ECAM) is a high-level political forum, established in 2008.
And it brings together, The European Union (EU),The African Union (AU) and The League of Arab States (LAS).
Moreover, the three parties will discuss and coordinate their cooperation on a range of issues of common interest.

Mentioning that it aims to strengthen the political, economic, and social ties between the three regions.
Also, it has held four summits to date, the most recent summit held in Rome by 25 July 2023.

H.H. Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan, participated in the fourth summit of the ECAM which holds the slogan:
”

Driving Change Today for a Prosperous Planet Tomorrow: Food Security and Sustainable Healthcare”.

Also, Number of figures from all over the world participated in this summit to discuss global challenges related to food security and سustainable healthcare.
And to find solutions to overcome the challenges.

H.H Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan delivered  a speech during a session entitled
“Building Bridges with the Middle East: A New Investment-Attracting Framework”.

His Excellency addressed the UAE’s vision, which is based on its pioneering experience in healthcare and food security.
Also, he stressed the importance of international partnerships in the progress that the UAE has achieved in this regard.

His Excellency highlighted the development that the UAE has achieved in the field of healthcare and food security.
Along with the progress that it has achieved in the field of innovation.

Also, he talked about the UAE’s strategic vision.
Besides the UAE long-term plans to achieve sustainable development and ensure a prosperous future for future generations.

His Excellency touched on the UAE’s approach of developing healthcare facilities and institutions.
As well as the UAE keenness to support advanced medical research, and developing partnerships with major global institutions.

Also, he pointed to the importance of sustainable agriculture.
As well as the role of proactive practices that the UAE adopts in consolidating its leading position in the field of food security.
