Supporting Lebanese Brothers
“UAE Stands with Lebanon” campaign began today, collecting financial and in-kind donations in support of the Lebanese people.
This campaign was launched in response to the difficult humanitarian conditions and critical current circumstances.
It comes after the UAE President ordered an urgent relief aid package worth $100 million.
As part of the state’s efforts to support and assist the Lebanese people.
6 Aircraft
In light of the earlier presidential order by Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed, the UAE began sending 6 aircraft.
Those aircraft loaded with approximately 205 tons of medical, food, relief supplies.
As well as shelter equipment to Lebanon in cooperation with international partners, such as:
- World Health Organization
- United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF)
- United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees
- International Federation of Red Cross and Crescent Societies.
Where Can I Donate For UAE Stands with Lebanon Campaign ?
A humanitarian relief package collection and packing campaign will also take place at the following designated times and locations:
– (Saturday, October 12, 2024), from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dubai Exhibition Center, Expo City Dubai.
– (Sunday, October 13, 2024), from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Abu Dhabi Cruise Terminal, part of the Abu Dhabi Ports Group (Building 1).
A large group of volunteers from various nationalities and communities across the UAE will participate in organizing the campaign.
Financial donations accepted through the bank accounts of the Emirates Red Crescent or via the organization’s website and mobile applications.
As well as other official associations in the country.

Emirates Red Crescent is receiving in-kind donations at its warehouses in Al-Mussafah area of Abu Dhabi.
In addition to the other warehouses in Dubai Humanitarian City, and the Red Crescent offices across the country.
Hopefully, UAE Stands with Lebanon campaign, under the Emirates Red Crescent leadership, will hold hope and support for our Lebanese brothers.
