The UAE today sent an aid plane containing tons of medical supplies to Uzbekistan and Guinea, to support it in limiting the spread of the emerging coronavirus (Covid-19), and benefits health workers to enhance their efforts to contain the spread of the virus.

The UAE sent an aid plane to Uzbekistan containing 5 tons of medical supplies, so as to support it in limiting the spread of the emerging coronavirus. About 5,000 health workers will benefit from it in order to enhance their powerful efforts to contain the spread of the coronavirus outbreak.
His Excellency UAE Ambassador to the Republic of Uzbekistan, Saeed Matar Al Qamzi, said:
“The UAE is pleased to receive the second shipment of medical supplies to assist our friends in Uzbekistan in strengthening their efforts to combat “Covid-19”.
UAE sent a Medical aid plane consists of 8 tons of medical supplies to Uzbekistan. The totals benefited from it reached 8,000 medical workers.

On Tuesday, the United Arab Emirates sent an aid plane containing 7 tons of medical supplies to Guinea to support it in limiting the spread of the new Coronavirus. More than 7000 health workers benefit from it to enhance their efforts to contain the spread of the epidemic.
His Excellency the UAE’s ambassador to the Republic of Guinea, Ahmed Nasser Abdel Rahim Al Khaja, stated that:
The spirit of solidarity of the UAE shown through its provision of medical supplies. Its keenness to extend a helping hand to countries working to limit the spread of the coronavirus epidemic. This approach is part of the values. It also established policy of the state UAE in providing foreign aid even before the “Covid-19” virus emerged.
Adding that supporting Guinea in its fight against coronavirus is a mission that the UAE is implementing carefully and seriously. It also hopes that this assistance will support Guinea in its efforts to limit the spread of the coronavirus outbreak.
The UAE was able to provide more than 437 tons of Medical aid to more than 38 friendly countries. It will benefit about 437 thousand medical professionals.
