The UAE ambassador to the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria and the non-resident ambassador to Mali, Youssef Saif Al Ali, said: “Mali is an important partner for the UAE in the efforts to strengthen the fight coronavirus throughout Africa, and will provide medical assistance provided by the country to Protect money for front-line workers. ”
He added that «the UAE stands with Mali at this difficult moment, and is confident that the world is able to overcome this crisis through multilateral cooperation and concerted efforts to combat the emerging Coronavirus.

Omar Al Muhairi, the UAE Ambassador in Senegal said: “The UAE is committed to assisting its partners across Africa in the relentless efforts to combat the virus (Covid-19), and the assistance provided to Sierra Leone one of the African countries, would enhance the ability of health care workers to combat This virus, by providing them with the protection and equipment necessary to ensure their safety. ”
It is noteworthy that the UAE provided, yesterday, more than 479 tons of aid to more than 44 countries, benefiting about 479 thousand medical workers.
