UAE President: Our country supports development, stability, and peace in Africa.
The UAE President, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, received two phone calls yesterday—one from William Ruto, the President of the Republic of Kenya, and the other from Joko Widodo, the President of the Republic of Indonesia.
During these calls, they discussed various areas of cooperation and joint work.
His Highness emphasized the UAE’s commitment to enhancing its relations with the African continent.
The UAE is also keen to supporting anything that contributes to development, stability, and peace in Africa.
The President of the State expressed his wishes for prosperity and progress to benefit all its people.
Promising Opportunities
In his conversation with Dr. William Ruto, the President of Kenya, His Highness, the UAE President, discussed bilateral relations and promising opportunities for collaboration.
They focused on areas such as:
The economy, trade, investment, renewable energy, technology and infrastructure.
As well as other aspects that are priorities for development in both friendly nations.
Their discussions aimed to achieve sustainable economic prosperity for their respective populations.
The Kenyan President commended the UAE’s developmental initiatives in supporting the Kenyan people and enhancing their efforts toward progress and sustainable development.
He reaffirmed Kenya’s commitment to developing its relations with the UAE and expanding cooperation across various fields for the benefit of both nations.
Strategic Relations
Similarly, during a phone call with the Indonesian President, His Highness, the UAE President, discussed various areas of cooperation and joint work within the framework of the strategic relations between the two countries.
They specifically emphasized economic and investment cooperation.
As it serves sustainable development and prosperity.
