The Permanent Mission of the UAE to the UN has renewed the UAE’s call for the Sudanese Army and the Rapid Support Forces to end the civil war unconditionally.
This came in a statement issued by the Mission following the release of the final report by the UN Panel of Experts on Sudan.
The report highlighted the grave violations committed by the warring parties against civilians.
It also refuted the false accusations made by the Sudanese army against the UAE.
Gargash: “The UN Report Refutes the Sudanese army’s Claims Against the UAE.
The Diplomatic Adviser to the UAE President, Anwar Gargash, stated in a post on his official account on “X” (formerly Twitter):
“The UN Security Council’s final report on Sudan exposes the violations committed by the warring parties against civilians.
It refutes the Sudanese army’s claims against the UAE, and we renew our call to end the war.”
What Does the UN Panel of Experts on Sudan Report Include?
The report by the UN Panel of Experts on Sudan dismissed the allegations made by the Sudanese army against the UAE.
As it included no findings indicating any involvement by the UAE in the conflict.
This aligns with the UAE’s transparent position, reaffirming its consistent support for the Sudanese people.
The report affirmed the credibility of the UAE and its full adherence to international law and UN charters.
While also exposing the Sudanese army’s attempts to distort facts and damage the UAE’s reputation without providing any evidence.
The report provided clear evidence disproving the baseless claims and fabricated narratives promoted by the Sudanese army.
Those claims did not stand up to the facts documented by the UN Panel of Experts.
The findings declared those claims invalid and cleared the UAE of any malicious accusations previously propagated by Sudanese army-linked media campaigns.

The UAE Mission to the UN Reiterates the UAE’s Call for Unified Efforts Towards Peace
In its statement, the UAE Mission noted that the UN Security Council had issued the final report of the Panel of Experts on Sudan.
The final report highlights the widespread violations committed by both warring parties against the brotherly people of Sudan.
These include indiscriminate airstrikes, attacks on civilians and conflict-related sexual violence.
In addition to the use of humanitarian aid denial as a weapon.
The Mission added that it is regrettable that the Sudanese Armed Forces has persisted in making unfounded accusations against the UAE.
Adding that this is an attempt to divert international attention from the atrocities it has committed, including the use of chemical weapons.
The UN Panel’s report offers no support for these false claims and contains no conclusions against the UAE.
The UAE Mission to the UN also reiterated the UAE’s call for the international community to unify its efforts.
In order to achieve a credible political process that leads to a civilian-led government, independent from the military, and ultimately establishes lasting peace and stability for the brotherly people of Sudan.
