UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Shaikh Abdulla bin Zayed Al-Nahyan today met British Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab and discussed economic, trade and investment relations, in addition to regional and international developments, focusing on developments in Libya, Syria, Iraq and Iran.
The two sides had discussed ongoing UK preparations to take part in Dubai 2020 Expo, which will open in October 2020 and run until April 2021, expected to attract 25 million visitors.
The UAE minister reiterated his country’s keenness on strengthening strategic relations with the United Kingdom and means of bolstering joint cooperation for sake of common interests.
