The United Arab Emirates has once again welcomed the return of all residents of holders of valid residency residing abroad while adhering to the state’s decision issued on the pre COVID-19 examination before entering the country.
This comes in conjunction with the announcement of the National Authority for Crisis, Emergency and Disaster Management and the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship to expand the approval of the results of COVID-19 examination to include all laboratories accredited by governments in the countries of the world.
UAE COVID-19 examination and safty measures
The “emergency and crises” and “identity and nationality” emphasized that all travellers coming from all countries of the world must register on the website of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship and communicate with health centres accredited with their countries to complete the examination process for a period not exceeding 96 hours.
From the date of COVID-19 examination, and displaying a negative inspection result for airlines in order to ensure the health and safety of all travellers coming to the country.
It is worth noting that the United Arab Emirates emphasized the necessity of facilitating travel procedures for the residents of the country from abroad for the purposes of family reunification under the current circumstances, and the state also noted the need to adhere to the precautionary and preventive measures that were put in place upon their arrival in the country, starting from filling the health form and performing the necessary COVID-19 examination and downloading the application of Al-Hosn for all travellers and all other procedures previously announced.
