This is according to the Global AI Competitiveness Index.

The report, a collaboration between the International Finance Forum (IFF) and Deep Knowledge Group, analyzed over 55,000 AI companies worldwide.
It underscores the UAE’s strategic efforts to attract and nurture AI-driven businesses as part of its broader economic diversification plan.
The nation has made significant investments in AI research, talent development, and regulatory frameworks, establishing itself as a hub for innovation.
