Nafis program, launched in September 2022, has played a pivotal role in connecting Emirati job seekers with suitable employment opportunities in the private sector.
Approximately 95,000 Emiratis have secured jobs through Nafis since its inception.
Strict Monitoring and Enforcement
To ensure the integrity of the Emiratization process, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has implemented robust monitoring systems.
Since mid-2022, over 2,000 companies have been found to be in violation of Emiratization regulations and have faced legal consequences.
These companies were found to engage in fraudulent practices.
Such as hiring Emiratis on paper without providing them with actual employment.
