The analysis comes amid the anticipated growth in global passenger numbers and the increasing demand for pilots.
As the aviation industry gradually recovers to pre-pandemic levels, pilot salaries are also bouncing back.
The Highest Salaries
Generally, cargo airline pilots earn slightly more than passenger airline pilots.
The analysis suggests that pilots in Europe and North America receive the highest salaries in the industry.

Switzerland takes the top spot for the highest average annual salary of $172,600.
The UAE secures the 15th position globally, with average pilot salaries reaching $104,700 annually.
Luxembourg follows Switzerland in second place, with an average annual salary of $146,800.
Pilots in the United States also command high salaries.
Due to the extensive network of airlines and the presence of some of the world’s largest carriers.
Mentioning that the average pilot salary in the US reaches $132,569.
