Tiger Sky Tower: A Luxurious Residential Project in Dubai
Tiger Properties has unveiled its newest project, Tiger Sky, a 532-meter-tall residential tower located in the heart of Dubai’s Business Bay district.
With a total investment of 3.7 billion dirhams (1 billion dollars).
Breaking five world records, due to the below:
- Highest rainforest in the world: At 447 meters, the tower will house a lush rainforest, providing residents with a unique and serene escape amidst the bustling city.
- Highest roller coaster in the world: A thrilling roller coaster ride will wind through the rainforest, suitable for all ages.
- Highest infinity pool in the world: Perched at 431 meters, the infinity pool will offer breathtaking views of the Dubai skyline.
- Highest penthouse in the world: a luxurious penthouse, situated at a height of 427 meters.
- Highest fine-dining restaurant in the world: The sky restaurant will offer an exceptional dining experience with panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa.
Tiger Sky will offer a variety of apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms, as well as 19 penthouses.
Prices start from 2,200,000 dirhams, and ownership is open to all nationalities.
A flexible payment plan over 7 years is available.
The project is expected to be complete in the second quarter of 2029.
Engineer Amer Waleed Al Zaabi, CEO of Tiger Properties, stated:
