Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE is going to get another new attraction. It’s going to open its door for a new snow play park, which would be four times the size of Ski Dubai. The new snow park is set to open on Reem Island, Abu Dhabi in the latter half of 2020. Some of the unique attractions that would welcome visitors at the snow play park include Blizzard’s Bazaar, Crystal Carousel, Flurries’ Mountain and Snowflake Garden.
The snow play park is going to become the world’s largest destination of its kind. It’s going to be spread over 125,000 square feet and would feature a series of fascinating zone, throughout the snowy paradise. The park forms a part of the leisure and entertainment projects that is being delivered by Al Farwaniya Property Developers, Majid Al Futtaim Ventures and Thinkwell at the $1.2bn Reem Mall development. The Reem Mall development is one of the most anticipated projects.
The snow park would feature a total of 13 different rides and attractions, with activities and entertainment spread across various district zones. It would imitate a delighted world with a wide range of activities spread across these various distinct zones. In each zone, visitors would find a unique flay of activities hosted by some of the land’s fantastic characters.
Before entering the park, guests would be invited to visit the Blizzard’s Bazaar. The array of retail offerings at the odd outlet would include cold weather clothing, hats, postcards, and other souvenirs of the park’s Enchanted Forest.
On entering, visitors will find themselves in the stunning Snowflake Garden. Special activities would also be organized, which include ice labyrinths, snowman building and other snow-based games. Just past the Snowflake Garden, guests would find the iconic shimmering Crystal Carousel. The snow park visit would climax with a climb up the Flurries’ Mountain that would lead to the spectacular centerpiece of Snow Abu Dhabi – the Enchanted Tree.
The enormous snow play park would maintain an inside temperature of -2° C, with a snow depth of 500mm. The development of the park is progress and in accordance with the total development timetable, with the first support being installed in June this year.
