The UAE Elected to the United Nations Statistical Commission: A Significant Step Towards Global Leadership in Statistics
The United Nations has chosen the UAE to be a member of the Statistical Commission.
Which is one of the eight technical committees under the organization’s Economic and Social Council.
This membership applies to the upcoming term from 2025 to 2028.
Mentioning that it’s the first time an Arab country became a member of this commission since its establishment in 1946.
