The UAE condemns the recent terrorist attack which happened in a concert hall at the Russian Capital “Moscow” and confirms solidarity with the Russian Federation.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, sent his condolences to President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation by a telegram.
In order to confirm that UAE solidarity with the victims of the terrorist attack in Moscow.
The President Deputies; His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the State, Prime Minister, Ruler of Dubai and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the State, Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the Presidency, also sent two similar condolences to President Vladimir Putin.

This makes it one of the deadliest terrorist attacks in Russia in recent decades.
