Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed and Indian Prime Minister Modi discuss bilateral relations and cooperation in key areas.
Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, and Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India, met on July 15, 2023.
During the meeting, they discussed a wide range of topics, including:
-Bilateral relations.
-Cooperation in key areas.
– regional and international issues of mutual interest.
The two leaders reviewed the progress of the comprehensive strategic partnership.
In addition to comprehensive economic partnership between the UAE and India.
As well as the ways to further strengthen these partnerships.
Also they exchanged views on a number of regional and international issues.
Including the situation in Afghanistan, the war in Ukraine, and climate change.
In a joint statement, the two leaders said that they are committed to working together to promote peace, stability, and prosperity in the region and the world.
Besides that, they expressed their support for multilateralism and cooperation on global challenges.
Furthermore, the two leaders witnessed the signing of three memorandums of understanding between the UAE and India.
Mentioning that three memorandums aim to boost cooperation in the areas of trade, payments, and education.
Also, the two leaders reaffirmed their commitment to the strong and growing relationship between the UAE and India.
