Qatar-UAE Super Cup is Back
The countdown has begun for the second edition of the UAE-Qatar Super Cup, set to kick off on January 16, 2024.
The tournament features four exciting matches between top teams from the UAE and Qatar.
All participating teams are eager to clinch the title and ascend to the podium.
Amidst high anticipation and expected massive crowds for all four matches.
In preparation for these crucial matches, all coaches have meticulously planned their strategies.
Intensifying training and focusing on elevating their teams’ performance for this highly anticipated event.
The tournament begins with the “Challenge Shield” match.
It will be between Al Rayyan and Shabab Al Ahli, the runners-up of the ADNOC Pro League and the QNB Stars League respectively.
This match will take place on January 16 at Ahmad Bin Ali Stadium in Doha at 7 PM UAE time (6 PM Qatar time).
Super Cup
The second match, the “Super Cup.”
It will see Al Nasr (UAE President’s Cup runner-up) face off against Al Gharafa (Amir Cup runner-up).
And it will take place on January 17 at Al Maktoum Stadium in Dubai at 8 PM UAE time (7 PM Qatar time).
Super Shield
“Super Shield” match will pit Al Sadd, the QNB Stars League champions, against Al Wasl, the ADNOC Pro League champions.
On January 18 at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium in Doha at 8 PM UAE time (7 PM Qatar time).

Challenge Cup
The tournament concludes with “Challenge Cup” match.
It will be between Al Wahda (Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Cup champions) and Al Wakrah (Qatar Cup champions).
Taking place on January 19 at Al Nahyan Stadium in Abu Dhabi at 8 PM UAE time (7 PM Qatar time).
Challenge Shield
It’s worth noting that Shabab Al Ahli won the inaugural edition of the UAE-Qatar Super Cup “Challenge Shield”.
This was by defeating Al Duhail 2-1, while Al Arabi clinched the “Qatar-UAE Super Cup” title after defeating Sharjah 1-0.
