Today, Khalifa University of Science and Technology (KU), the best university in the Middle East, announced a remarkable achievement in the Times Higher Education (THE) Young Universities Rankings 2024.
KU secured 27th place globally and maintained its top position in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
This exceptional ranking represents a significant leap of 22 places from the university’s 49th position in the previous year’s edition.
An Emirati University grants the 27th position among 673 global institutions.
The 2024 edition of the rankings witnessed a substantial increase in the number of participating universities.
They reached 673 institutions in comparison to 605 in the previous year.
Additionally, 499 institutions submitted data but did not meet the eligibility criteria for inclusion in the rankings.
