The UAE has secured the 10th position globally in Global Soft Power Index 2025.
This was announced during the Annual Soft Power Conference, London, UK.
The country also ranked 1st globally in National Media Identity Performance and 6th in National Media Identity Strength.
Reflecting its growing international influence across multiple sectors.
Adding that the value of the UAE’s national media identity has risen from $1 trillion to over $1.223 trillion for the year 2025.
Mohammed bin Rashid: “The UAE is A Trusted Global Partner”
In this occasion, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, stated:
“According to the world’s most significant Soft Power Report, covering 193 countries and involving over 173,000 participants, the UAE has ranked 10th globally in the 2025 Global Soft Power Index, which includes all UN member states.
The country also secured the 8th position in international influence and 9th in diplomatic circles worldwide.”
Sheikh Mohammed also highlighted the growth in the UAE’s media identity value, stating:
“The UAE’s media identity value has surged from $1 trillion to $1.223 trillion in 2025.
