His Highness vice president and prime minister of the UAE and the ruler of Dubai, attended the artificial intelligence retreat today, organized by the national artificial intelligence program, and attracted 350 AI experts from public and private sector.
Sheikh Mohammed also launched a program to attract AI talents. It wants to establish a global laboratory for AI in the UAE and includes the best local and global talents. It offers a working environment that helps to develop innovative solutions that serve humanity.
Sheikh Mohammed said that artificial intelligence is becoming an important aspect for building the future, and crucial for planning for future governments.
He also said that the UAE has been one of the world leaders in promoting artificial intelligence to shape the future, as this technology is the backbone for the future strategy of the UAE and its development journey for the next 50 years. Sheikh Mohammed also said that AI will not only be used to improve government services, but also to improve the lives of people in the country.
