His Highness Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum (November 24, 1983), Deputy Ruler of Dubai and First Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai. He is the third son of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid. His mother is Her Highness Sheikha Hind bin Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum.

His Highness completed his secondary education at Rashid Private School for Boys. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the American University of Dubai in 2006. He also attended several training courses at the Dubai School of Government and Harvard University.
