Services Without Human Intervention – “Smart Mission” Project by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The UAE E-Government has stated that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs provides proactive consular services without any human intervention.
This is through facial recognition, 3D technology, hologram, and virtual employees.
The E-Government: Customers can benefit from diverse consular services.
The E-Government stated that the “Smart Mission” project enables customers to benefit from proactive and diverse consular services through facial recognition.
It also allows direct interaction with customers and provides the necessary services without any human intervention.
By relying on 3D technology and holograms.
As well as the option of providing a virtual employee and interacting with him directly if necessary.
Moreover, the project includes many services, including:
-Issuing return documents.
-Authenticating individual and commercial documents.
-Issuing certificates to whom it may concern.
In fact, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs aims through the Smart Mission project to provide an integrated and simplified journey for customers.
With the country’s missions abroad, in line with the vision of “We are the UAE 2031″.
Three main features of the Smart Mission project by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs:
1- Using artificial intelligence in serving customers, it relies on 3D technology to assist customers with prompt and accurate answers to their inquiries.
2- Providing predictive analytics for proactive governance by using data analysis to identify patterns and trends in consular operations.
In addition to allowing enhanced decision-making and resource allocation.
And also enabling the ministry to anticipate potential problems and challenges then responding to them.
3- The smart infrastructure. as it enhances the development of sustainable infrastructure through 3D-printed elements.
In addition to energy-saving systems, and IoT-enabled devices.
The Smart Mission project provides efficient and sustainable consular services that meet the needs of customers.
Also it is aligned with the UAE’s vision for the future, which is to be a leading digital economy and a global hub for innovation.
