Ru’ya Jobs Fair Enhances Opportunities to Empower Emirati Youth
The 23rd edition of Ru’ya Careers Fair will take place in Zabeel Halls 4, 5, and 6 at the Dubai World Trade Centre from Tuesday, September 24, to Thursday, September 26.
The fair offers over 3,000 job vacancies across 26 sectors, presented by 150 leading public and private organizations.
The event reflects the country’s efforts to achieve economic diversity and continues to grow year after year.
2024 edition features new names representing about 50% of the exhibitors, with key sectors making their debut at the fair.
Ru’ya Careers Fair schedule includes numerous constructive discussions, workshops, interactive seminars and inspiring presentations.
As well as direct networking opportunities with top entrepreneurs from various sectors.
Asma Al Sharif, Assistant Vice President for Sustainable Development and Exhibition Management at the Dubai World Trade Centre, stated:

Emirati Workforce

Empower Emirati citizens
Fatima Al Afifi, Executive Director of Employee Experience and Digital Transformation for Human Resources at “du,” explained:
“With the growing digital talent gap, our main goal is to empower Emirati citizens through advanced digital training and provide career opportunities.”
In the same context, Al Rostamani Group announced achieving a localization rate of 15% of its skilled workforce.
Recording a 3% increase compared to last year, reflecting its ongoing efforts to support national workforce strategic objectives.
This announcement coincided with the group’s participation in the fair, as it aims to connect with Emiratis seeking jobs and experienced professionals.
