Ras Al Khaimah Chamber Receives a Delegation from the US Consulate
Mohammed Musabah Al-Nuaimi, Chairman of Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce, received Robert Raines, the US Consul General in Dubai.
He was accompanied by a delegation from the consulate, and in the presence of Dr. Ahmed Al-Shamili, Acting Director General of the Chamber.
During their meeting, they discussed ways to enhance trade relations and develop partnerships between business owners in Ras Al Khaimah and the United States.
They also discussed the importance of exchanging visits between businessmen and enhancing investment opportunities and exchanging experiences.
The Chairman of the Chamber praised the strong and solid economic relations between the UAE and the United States.
He also emphasized the Chamber’s keenness to strengthen relations between business owners and to exchange visits.
In order to learn about all the available investment opportunities on both sides.
He pointed out that the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah is rich in industries in several sectors, based on the exploitation of the natural resources available in it.
Including the mineral raw materials stored in the surrounding mountain ranges.
Business Expansion
Mohammed Al-Nuaimi reviewed the economic features that distinguish Ras Al Khaimah.
Noting that the emirate’s economy is one of the fastest-growing in the region.
As it has witnessed expansion in several fields over the past few years.
He also talked about the services provided by Ras Al Khaimah Chamber to support the private sector in the emirate.
Besides creating a suitable environment for those wishing to enter the labor market in Ras Al Khaimah.

He pointed out that the volume of trade exchange between Ras Al Khaimah and the United States reached about 1.07 billion dirhams in 2023.
This marks an increase of 41% over the previous year.
From his part, the US Consul General in Dubai confirmed that his visit is based on the existing partnership and the ongoing communication with the chambers of commerce.
He stated that the US Consulate General in Dubai always seeks to provide commercial facilities.
The Consulate is also holding conferences and meetings between businessmen from both sides.
He also answered some inquiries about the most important commercial topics and investment opportunities.
