Dubai Government’s Human Resources Department launches “Our Flexible Summer”
Dubai authorities have just announced the pilot launch of ‘Our Flexible Summer’ initiative which aims to reduce the number of working hours.
The news was announced by the Dubai Government Human Resources Department who said that the initiative will begin on Monday, August 12, 2024.
This initiative aims to reduce working hours in participating government entities during the summer period.
Working hours will be reduced to seven hours, and work on Fridays will be suspended.
