  • Audience and visitors with bookings in the Boulevard area or Dubai Mall must arrive before 4:00 PM on Tuesday.
  • Closing Lower Financial Center Street starting from 4:00 PM, and Upper Financial Center Street and Al Sukook Street traffic closure starting from 8:00 PM.

Vehicle owners can use Sheikh Zayed Road, which will be fully accessible until the partial closure at 11:00 PM.
