National Infrastructure Preparation Program (Salamah 365) Launched in UAE, as per the Announcement of Suhail Al Mazrouei, the Minister of Energy and Infrastructure.
In fact “Salamah 365” is one of the transformative projects under the Performance Agreements for Federal Government Agencies for 2022.
Surely His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended the performance agreement signing.
In fact the program supports the government’s efforts to develop the infrastructure in order to make it interconnected and technologically superior.
In line with the government’s work methodology, which requires qualitative and multiplied efforts.
That contributes to achieving government aspirations and reflects positively on the community and various sectors of the state.
Furthermore, Performance Agreements for transformative projects within this methodology represent a qualitative leap.
Since it takes the state into the future and enhances its competitiveness.
Transformative projects are also characterized by achieving a significant impact in all sectors within short periods of time.
Al Mazrouei explained that the National Infrastructure Preparation Program (Salamah 365) is concerned with safety and smart interactive warning systems.
It includes implementing innovative solutions to address black spots on federal roads in the country.
Moreover, it is implementing the UAE model for safe and pedestrian-friendly crossings with the latest smart technologies.
In order to ensure the safety of its users of all categories.
In addition to developing a digital and interactive system using modern technologies to predict floods before they occur.
Surely by monitoring them with monitoring devices that included in its first phase 16 dams and 9 main valleys.
It also aims to enhance the safety of students in the school community by implementing the model of the safe smart school.

Al Mazrouei pointed out that the UAE is a pioneer in adopting ambitious initiatives and projects and drafting the necessary laws and regulations.
Furthermore, the project constitutes a bold and advanced step towards preserving the gains that the state has achieved.
In fact it is represented by its possession of an advanced national system of infrastructure elements for dams, roads and buildings.
As well as improving road safety levels by reducing road accidents.
Since it supports reducing the index of deaths and road accidents in the UAE.
In addition to establishing an integrated and sustainable infrastructure capable of keeping pace with the developments in roads, buildings and dams.
He added that the ministry is working on constructive and fruitful cooperation with partners in the government sector and the private sector.
In addition to that it’s working on partnerships building to enhance safety levels in infrastructure, roads and dams.
To be safe for its users in different circumstances in support of national targets.

For his part, Eng. Hassan Al Mansouri, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure for the Infrastructure and Transport Sector, said:
“The importance of the National Infrastructure Preparation Program (Salamah 365) lies in its target of enhancing the safety of our students in the schools.
By which we will implement the model of the safe smart school.
In addition to enhancing the quality of life and the security of the infrastructure users.
Also by preserving properties as the supreme goal and strategic priority in the government of the United Arab Emirates.”
He pointed out that the United Arab Emirates has a leading position in terms of the quality of infrastructure among many countries in the world.
Moreover, the ministry has worked during the past period to achieve the following:
-Enhance communication with its partners.
-Open new channels of communication.
-Develop partnership in the infrastructure sector to support the future orientations for the next fifty years.
He added:
“Our ambition is great and our successes are ongoing.
Additionally, we will not stop at the achievements we have achieved in the infrastructure and transport sector.
Therefore, we are working with our partners in accordance with clear principles and methodologies.
One of the results of which was the National Infrastructure Preparation Program (Salamah 365).
Which contributes to enhancing the UAE’s global position in infrastructure and transport.”
