The United Arab Emirates expressed that it is supporting both Morocco and Saudi Arabia in this step.

The UAE Welcomed and supported the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia announcement.
In fact, KSA’s intention to host the FIFA World Cup was a surprise for the Arab World.
The UAE expressed full support for the announcement of its sister country, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Which included its intention to bid for hosting the 2034 FIFA World Cup.
The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed in a statement the following:
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia possesses the capabilities, facilities and advanced infrastructure.
As well as achievements in all fields to host a distinguished edition of the World Cup.
The ministry noted that Saudi Arabia has a successful track record in hosting prestigious sports events.
It also confirmed its ability to present an exceptional version of this global tournament.
Congratulations form the UAE to the sisterly Kingdom of Morocco on winning the bid to host the 2030 FIFA World Cup.
As we can see, Morocco’s success in winning this bid gave the Arab Nation strong enthusiasm.
