Wounded Palestinian Children are receiving special medical care in the UAE hospitals.
This is in line with the directives of Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed to treat 1,000 injured Palestinian children and 1,000 cancer patients from Gaza Strip in the UAE’s hospitals.
Highlighting that many humanitarian initiatives were launched by the UAE government to support Gaza people.
UAE Initiatives to Support the People in Gaza
Since the beginning of the crisis, the UAE has been quick to provide urgent humanitarian and relief assistance to Gaza Strip.
“Chivalrous Knight 3” humanitarian operation was launched on November 5, 2023, to provide the Palestinian people in the Strip with humanitarian support.
Moreover, the UAE has strengthened its humanitarian response to the crisis through the continuous flow of urgent food, relief, and medical aid to the Palestinian brothers.
Mentioning that the UAE has established a field hospital inside Gaza Strip with a capacity of more than 150 beds.
Also, it has inaugurated six water desalination plants in Rafah to provide Gaza Strip with its drinking water needs.
The UAE authorities implemented “Tarahum for Gaza” campaign inside the state.
While the United Arab Emirates University has welcomed 33 students from the Gaza Strip to study at the state’s expense.
Tenth Group of Wounded Palestinian Children and Cancer Patients Arrived to the UAE
The tenth group of wounded Palestinian children and cancer-patients arrived at Abu Dhabi International Airport today, Wednesday.
The group includes 86 individuals requiring medical care and their accompanying family members.
According to last week statistics from “Chivalrous Knight 3” operation, UAE hospitals had received 474 cases of wounded Palestinian children and cancer patients.
While the total number of cases received at the UAE field hospital in Gaza reached 3,575.
Gratitude and Appreciation
Upon arrival at Abu Dhabi airport, the families expressed their gratitude to the UAE and its wise leadership.
Due to this noble humanitarian initiative that provides comprehensive medical care for the injured and cancer patients in the country’s hospitals.
They said that this urgent humanitarian response from the UAE reflects its unwavering commitment to standing by the Palestinian people and supporting them in all circumstances.
Mentioning the countless efforts of the medical and volunteer teams.
