Mina Cup Football Tournament for Juniors Kicks Off Today
Mina Cup Football Tournament for Juniors is organized by CPB Performance and supported by the Dubai Sports Council for the third year.
Moreover, the tournament aims to attract and develop young football talent.
And it will take place at Jebel Ali Golf and Shooting Club.
40 Teams
More than 700 players representing 40 teams will participate in the tournament.
Including 15 teams from different continents, the teams include:
- Newcastle and Norwich City from England.
- Atlas from Mexico
- Chicago Fire and Central Brooklyn from the United States
- Melbourne from Australia
- Mumbai from India.
Mina Cup brings together more than 700 players, coaches, and administrators from different countries and continents around the world.
They will compete in five age groups from 12 to 16 years old, representing 40 teams from five continents.
Opportunity For Youth
This tournament provides a great opportunity for young players.
So they can compete against a variety of teams from different football schools and to interact with new talents.
Which contributes to raising their level of play.
Dubai Sports Council is keen to provide full support for this major event.

The Council seeks to strengthen this relationship to spread sports practice and physical activity, attract young talents, and develop them in partnership with the private sector in order to achieve the strategic goals set by Dubai Sports Council for developing young talents.

Mina Cup Football Tournament was established in Dubai to become a leading international youth football tournament.
It provides a platform for the best talents from all continents of the world.
The tournament’s official partners include Jebel Ali Golf Resort and Spa, Noon, Umbro, Mediclinic, Smashy, and Kombat Jet.
