Mawlid Al-Nabi Muhammad Peace be Upon Him holiday in the UAE for the year 1445H.
As stated by The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources will be on Friday 29 – September.
The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources has issued a circular to all ministries and federal entities.
Regarding the Mawlid Al-Nabi Muhammed PBUH holiday in the federal government for the year 1445H.
ًWhile the actual date of Mawlid Al-Nabi is on the 12th of Rabi’ al-Awwal/ 26 – Sep – 2023.
The circular by the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources states the below:
“Based on the Cabinet decision on the approved official holidays agenda for the public and private sectors in the state for the year 2023.
It has been decided that the Mawlid Al-Nabi holiday will be on Friday, September 29, 2023.”
The authority also congratulated the leadership, government and the people of the United Arab Emirates.
As well as the Arab and Islamic nations, on Mawlid Al-Nabi occasion.
Also it prayed to Allah Almighty to make this occasion filled with good health and well-being.
In fact, this circular comes within the framework of the UAE government’s keenness to revive religious and national occasions.
And also to promote the values of tolerance and coexistence among different cultures and religions.
About Prophet Muhammad Peace Be Upon him.
Muhammad[a] (Arabic: مُحَمَّد; c. 570 – 8 June 632 CE) an Arab religious, social, and political leader and the founder of Islam.
According to Islam religion, he was a prophet divinely inspired to preach.
And also to confirm the monotheistic teachings of Adam, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and other prophets.
As per islam beliefs he is the Seal of the Prophets within Islam.
With the Quran as well as his teachings and practices forming the basis of Islamic religious belief.
Muhammad was born in approximately 570 CE in Mecca, he is the son of Abdullah ibn Abd al-Muttalib and Amina bint Wahb.
Moreover, his father, Abdullah, the son of Quraysh tribal leader Abd al-Muttalib ibn Hashim, died a few months before Muhammad’s birth.
His mother Amina died when he was six, leaving Muhammad an orphan.
He was raised under the care of his grandfather, Abd al-Muttalib, and paternal uncle, Abu Talib.
In later years, he would periodically seclude himself in a mountain cave named Hira for several nights of prayer.
When he was 40, circa 610 CE, Gabriel visited him in the cave and he received his first revelation from God.
In 613, Muhammad started preaching these revelations publicly.
By proclaiming that “God is One” and the complete “submission” (islām) to God is the right way of life (dīn).
