His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs and Chairman of Al-Jazira Club and Vice-President of the Club’s Honor Council. It issued a decision to restructure the boards of directors of the Al-Jazira Club and its subsidiaries with the aim of enabling the next stage of institutional development and applying the best standards of governance.
The decision also stipulated the restructuring of the executive committee of the club’s board of directors, provided that the decision comes into force immediately after its issuance, The decision is a reflection of the ongoing efforts to establish the best levels of global governance and performance throughout the organization. The decision is the latest in a series of gradual steps the club has taken since 2018 to ensure sustainable success in the future.
The Board of Directors was formed under the chairmanship of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the membership of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan, His Excellency Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber / Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors /, Ahmed Ali Al Sayegh, Rashid Atiq Al Hamili, Muhammad Saif Al Suwaidi and Saeed Abdullah bin Shaiban, Tariq Ahmed Al-Masoud, Sultan Dahi Al-Hamiri, and Hamad Muhammad Al-Hur Al-Suwaidi.
