Emirates Red Crescent Sponsors the Longest Iftar Table in Mukalla, Yemen
The Emirates Red Crescent (ERC) has sponsored the longest Iftar table in Mukalla, Yemen.
As part of its ongoing efforts to promote solidarity and cooperation among community members.
The Iftar table saw wide participation from the governorate’s residents and volunteers.
Individuals from different age groups and social backgrounds flocked to participate in this charitable event on the Corniche of Mukalla Bay.
Mentioning that total attendants number reached nearly 3,000 people.
Welcoming Guests Of Ramadan
Ramadan event is organized by the Youth of Mukalla in cooperation with productive families.
With many aims including:
- Promoting social solidarity
- Providing an opportunity for communication and cohesion among community members
- Strengthening the spirit of love and giving in the holy month of Ramadan.
The site is welcoming guests with various Ramadan Iftar supplies and equipment.
And it offers complete and balanced meals to the participants.
The participants expressed their happiness and gratitude to the event sponsors.
As it was an opportunity to communicate and strengthen social ties among community members.
The Youth of Mukalla Cooperates with the Emirates Red Crescent in Charity Events
The Iftar table is part of a series of charitable events by the Youth of Mukalla in cooperation with the Emirates Red Crescent.
Engineer Hammed Salem Qawaya, Supervisor of Emirates Red Crescent projects in Hadramaut Governorate, expressed his happiness to participate in organizing this successful Iftar table.
He praised the efforts of the Youth of Mukalla and the productive families in providing this opportunity.
He also stressed that joint cooperation will continue with local partners to organize future charitable initiatives.
