Google Data Reveals: Living in Dubai is a Dream for Everyone
According to a map created using Google search data, living in Dubai is the most preferable for people planning to relocate.
The map was created by Remitly, a financial services company for immigrants.
The company wanted to determine the most searched-for relocation destination in each country over the past year.
This was done by analyzing search volume for the phrase “move to the city” in nearly 164 countries.
Moreover, the map shows that searches for moving to Dubai topped the list in 60 countries around the world, including the UK, US, and Australia.
Why Dubai, and what are the other options?
Remitly experts say that Dubai offers a combination of job opportunities, growing infrastructure, excellent healthcare, and education.
As well as other factors, it is a top destination for people looking to relocate.
As a result, the city, known as the “Jewel of the Desert,” has seen its population continue to grow, reaching 3.6 million for the first time in 2023.
Miami, Florida, USA, is the second most popular city, followed by Paris, France, in third place.
New York, Madrid, and Singapore are in fourth place, each topping the list in eight countries around the world.
London and Brussels share fifth place, while Toronto is in sixth place.
North American destinations Washington, D.C., Chicago, Quebec City, Portland, and Phoenix share seventh place with Buenos Aires, Bogota, and Vienna.

The report confirms that while Dubai tops the list, North America proves to be the most popular continent overall, with eight cities from the US and Canada appearing in the top seven.
Overall, the study shows that living in Dubai is option number one for people looking to relocate.
The city’s strong economy, growing infrastructure, and excellent quality of life make it an attractive option for people from all over the world.
