LAHAB Signs 3 Agreements with ASSAN Group at SAHA Expo 2024
LAHAB is the only ammunition manufacturer in the UAE and a subsidiary of EDGE Group.
The company has signed three agreements with ASSAN Group, a leading Turkish manufacturer of munitions and aircraft bombs.
Through those agreements it will supply MK-series aerial munitions components and enhance its global presence.
The agreements were signed during SAHA Expo 2024, held in Istanbul, Turkey.
Those agreements are designed to meet the key needs of local customers.
As well as the demands of the African continent for aerial munitions.

These strategic partnerships will expand EDGE Group reach globally.
They will further diversify its advanced aerial munitions solutions portfolio.
And also they will strengthen its position as a global leader in defense sector.
1st Agreement:
By the first agreement, LAHAB will supply Assan Group with MK-series munitions.
With focus on serving customers across the African continent.
This agreement will also support mutual growth.
As it is facilitating the resources and expertise exchange between both parties.
2nd Agreement:
The second agreement will diversify LAHAB product portfolio.
By integrating MK-series munitions equipped with Warsaw Pact structures and supported by ASSAN.
This is to meet the operational needs of its existing customers.
3rd Agreement:
The third agreement will elevate ASSAN status as a primary supplier to LAHAB.
This is by providing MK-series munitions components that comply with NATO standards.
This cooperation strengthens LAHAB supply chain.
It also ensures permanent availability of high-quality munitions that meet global quality standards.
