Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development has officially announced the transition of all of its services to the digital platform of the Abu Dhabi Government Services Center “Tam”.
This strategic decision marks a milestone in the Fund’s efforts and mission to develop the entrepreneurship ecosystem in the country.
By leading the digital transformation journey and enabling its members to access its services easily and conveniently from anywhere.
All services will be offered electronically without the need to visit.
As a result of this digital approach, the Fund will close all of its branches (service centers) in Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
The main headquarters of Khalifa Fund in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi will be limited to internal and administrative operations of the Fund.
This decision confirms the Fund’s commitment to supporting its members by providing them with access to its services easily, efficiently, and saving them time and effort.
Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development provides a wide range of services to entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprises.
Now, all of its services are now available digitally through the “Tam” government services platform.
The list of services includes:
- Request for financing
- Request for payment of an approved loan amount
- Request for modification of an existing loan
- Request for redistribution of loan disbursement items
- Request for training
- Request for membership
- Request for a support letter
- Request for facilitating communication with strategic partners
In the event that an entrepreneur needs a consulting session specific to the requirements of his project.
Whether new or existing, he can book an appointment for the virtual session, provided by a team of experts in business consulting by contacting the call center.

This digital transformation aims to eliminate geographical barriers.
