Khalifa Foundation signs agreement to build Kazakhstan

Under the leadership of President His Majesty Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan. Also with the guidance of His Majesty Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi. Also the Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the United Arab Emirates. Alongside the direct supervision of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Presidential Affairs and President of Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation. The Foundation signed an agreement with the provincial government of Turkestan to build the “Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan Hospital” in Kazakhstan. It will be on an area of 3.5 hectares.

Kazakhstan and UAE: A great partnership for a bright future

In the presence of Arman Sabitov, Deputy Governor of Turkestan, Madiyar Menilbekov, Kazakh Ambassador to the UAE, and Marat Pashimov, Head of the Central Health Office of the Province, the agreement was signed by Mohammed Haji Al Khouri, Foundation Director-General, and Umirzak Shukeyev, Governor of the Province of Turkestan.

The project highlights the continuing funding of the UAE for friendly countries and the Foundation’s contribution to its humanitarian policy, which prioritizes education and health, locally, regionally and internationally, Al Khouri said.

Shukeyev thanked the leadership. Also the government and individuals of the UAE for their support. Also for their generous initiative to create Kazakhstan’s hospital. Reflecting the close relations between the two friendly countries.

The hospital, already under planning, will be part of the new administrative area. The area which is currently under creation by the Regional Government of Turkestan. This is also along with the General Central Hospital and the Children’s Hospital.
