Winter Frost 4 Campaign Returns this Year
The International Charity Organization has announced the launch of its annual “Winter Frost” campaign.
This campaign is the 4th one and it aims to implement charitable projects worth over 10 million dirhams.
The charitable projects will assist poor families and those affected by harsh weather conditions.
By providing them with essential needs and ensuring a decent life during the winter season.

Dr. Khalid Abdul Wahab Al Khaja, Secretary-General of the International Charity Organization stated:
“Winter Frost campaign stems from the organization responsibility towards the most needy groups.
Who suffer every winter from a lack of shelter, warmth, and food.
Winter Frost 4 campaign includes unique projects designed to provide basic needs such as:
Food assistance, distribution of winter clothing, home maintenance, heating fuel, and caravans for the displaced, among others.”
All Donors Are Invited to Be Part of Winter Frost Campaign to Create a Tangible Change
Dr. Khalid Abdul Wahab Al Khaja added:
“Through this campaign, the organization aims to improve the quality of life for thousands of orphans and destitute families.
As well as the old people who face the harshest conditions.
Especially in cold regions like Kosovo, Bosnia, and Kyrgyzstan.

The campaign also seeks to support needy groups within the UAE, such as:
Workers and orphans, through winter clothing and food provision projects.”
Al Khaja called on donors to contribute to this campaign.
He emphasized that true success lies in community cooperation, which creates a tangible change in the lives of those in need.
