Zero coronavirus cases in Inmates of Punitive and Correctional Institutions
The Inmates of Punitive and Correctional Institutions Directorate in the Community Security Sector confirmed that the all procedures and preventive measures are taken for dealing with the emerging Coronavirus in terms of prevention and treatment are taken into consideration, leading to a zero case in Inmates of Punitive and Correctional Institutions facilities at the level of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Abu Dhabi Police: zero cases in Inmates of Punitive and Correctional Institutions
The Inmates of Punitive and Correctional Institutions stressed it’s supporting to the directives of the Abu Dhabi Police Command, as it embodied through the determined efforts it had made to provide a distinct model in order to ensure business continuity to preserve all employees and inmates by taking the preventive measures mentioned by the World Health Organization.
His Excellency Major General Maktoum Ali Al Sharifi, Director General of Abu Dhabi Police, expressed his appreciation for the efforts made by all institutions to confront the repercussions of the Coronavirus pandemic.
Digital electronic services initiative
The Directorate of Inmates of Punitive and Correctional Institutions in the Community Security Sector indicated that it had initiated the digital electronic services developed activation with accurate methodologies and scientific policies, including the self-service system (specific) to enable them to register all their requests in all areas that enable them to communicate internally while the litigation was done remotely using visual communication with Department The judiciary in Abu Dhabi and providing my window for communication and remote visitation in coordination with 22 police stations, and coordination with First Abu Dhabi Bank to transfer funds to inmates’ accounts.
