Over 1,600 Jobs for Emirati talents in the Previous Industrialists Career Exhibition
The Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology has announced the organization of the third “Industrialists Career Exhibition”.
The event will take place from October 28 to 30 at the Abu Dhabi Energy Center.
After the successes of the first two editions, offering over 1,400 specialized jobs for Emirati talent in industrial and advanced technology sectors.
The exhibition has also hosted two events in Ras Al Khaimah, offering over 200 jobs.
Including 150 positions suitable for people of determination.
This brings the total to 1,600 jobs within a year since the exhibition launch in October of last year.
Contributing to a significant increase in the number of Emiratis employed in the private industrial sector.
What are the available job opportunities for the people of determination ?
The third exhibition will offer more than 900 new jobs, including over 100 positions tailored for people of determination.
Those position are divided across 93 private companies in nine key sectors:
- Food and beverages
- Oil and energy services
- Engineering and construction
- Manufacturing
- Consulting and auditing
- Logistics and trade
- Project management
- Technology and engineering services
- Contracting and infrastructure
Industrialists Career Exhibition Supports “Hama”
For the first time, Industrialists Career Exhibition will offer job and training opportunities to graduates of “Hama” initiative.
This initiative aims to build specialized career capacities for national service women graduates in five vital sectors.
The Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology encourages companies, manufacturers, and Emirati job seekers to register and attend the exhibition.
“Industrialists” initiative has received the support of HH Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
As His Highness emphasized the importance of developing national talent and investing in them.
So they can build an advanced industrial economy.
He highlighted that empowering the industrial sector with qualified national talent is a top priority for the UAE.
As it is a key pillar of the national economy.
Direct Pathway To Suitable Jobs
The job exhibition is bringing together government partners, private sector companies, training providers, and job seekers under one roof.
It is also providing employment and training opportunities based on the needs of factories and matching them with job seekers’ skills.
As a result, it is creating a direct pathway for nationals to find suitable jobs.
In the third exhibition, job opportunities for Emiratis will vary between on-site work, office work, and hybrid roles.
Companies eager to recruit Emirati talent, so an app will help in real-time matching of job seekers’ qualifications with available positions.
This step will be done for the first time, using the latest technology during the exhibition.

The Ministry has launched several specialized training programs in critical manufacturing fields.
Along with the jobs secured during the previous editions of Industrialists Career Exhibition.
Thousands of young Emiratis have shown interest in exploring the opportunities available at the fair.
To raise awareness, the Ministry organized workshops for companies and Emirati job seekers.
The first was held for manufacturers from August 15 to September 15, followed by a workshop for job seekers from September 15 to October 15.
