Amidst its ongoing efforts and extensive relief role in Gaza Strip, the UAE tirelessly continues to provide diverse aid and humanitarian projects.
This is through various initiatives under “Operation Chivalrous Knight.”

UAE humanitarian work continues in World Humanitarian Day
The UAE’s Zayed Al Khair Foundation dispatched four relief ships carrying 18,530 tons, including:
Assorted aid, medical supplies, medications, shelter materials, food, water, and clothing.
Additionally, 257 cargo planes transported 5,340 tons, and 104 caravans carried 19,819 tons of aid.
Ensuring food, medical treatment, and essential supplies for displaced individuals in the region.
As a nation that prioritizes humanity, the UAE promptly supported the health sector and damaged hospitals in Gaza.
This support includes medical services and treatment for the wounded and injured.
Whether at the UAE field hospital in Rafah established last December or the floating hospital in Al-Arish.
“Operation Chivalrous Knight” contributed 400 tons of medical aid and supplies to several hospitals and international organizations.
Including the provision of artificial limbs.
Birds of Goodness
The UAE also executed “Birds of Goodness” initiative by airdropping essential aid to Gaza’s residents.
Especially those in the northern part of the territory where ground access for aid trucks may be challenging.
Fifty airdrop operations were conducted, surpassing 3,382 tons of aid.
The UAE also established six desalination plants with a daily production capacity of 1.2 million gallons.
It provided water transport and sewage infrastructure, modern equipment, and water tankers.
The UAE’s efforts extended to repairing damaged water pipelines in Khan Yunis.
By supporting municipalities in delivering appropriate services to displaced individuals in the region.
